‘Li’l Abner’, the famous comic strips which later turned into musical shows on Broadway back in the 1990s, is now looking for boys to relive the essence of ‘Li’l Abner’ once again. Casting calls are now open and the production team is in search of boys ages 8 to 18 to play a part in the ‘Li’l Abner’ complete musical. The location for audition has been set in Salt Lake City and will soon begin the series of workshops at the Empress Theatre.
The roles are theatre based and the ideal kids will have more than just a good time performing the full length musical of Li’l Abner.
CASTING CALLS NOTICE
This is your chance to make the most of your summer if you have a flair for acting in theatre and have always wanted to perform on Broadway. An experience that must not be missed at any cost; make sure you get yourself or your kids enrolled today.
In order to participate, all parents wishing to give their child a memorable summer are required to submit tuition fee in the name of the EYT theatre. The fee for full day enrolment has been set to $100 for three weeks; tuition fee for half day is $75 for three weeks. Moreover, parents and adults below the age of 18 who wish to play lead roles must also submit a non-refundable fee of $15 in the name of the summer workshop program along with the registration form.
The audition dates as set by the casting directors are form July 5th– July 7th, 2016, therefore if you wish to be a part of it, send in your entries as soon as possible.
All those parents wishing to enter their kids or teenagers below 18 who want to participate in the program must know that this will not be a paid job.
