It is not an unpaid job, but the payment structure is based on per performance revenue. The earnings from this production include credit, performance and auditions videos in DVD format, a professional headshot, and at least 33% of the production revenue. The 33% revenue will be divided among the cast and crew. For example, if the production makes $9999 in the first show then $3333 will be distributed among the crew. Simply put, the more the production will earn, the more the crew will earn. The payment also depends on the number of crew. If the crew includes only 20 people then each member will receive around 1.2% of the revenue, which is a fair deal.
